LEGAL NOTICE - Tax Collection NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the Gilbertsville-Mount Upton School District, have been approved. Please note that taxes may be paid at the Gilbertsville-Mt. Upton School this year. All school tax payments should be made either by mail to: School Tax Collector, Gilbertsville-Mount Upton School District, 693 State Highway 51, Gilbertsville, NY 13776, or in person at the Gilbertsville-Mount Upton School Business Office as follows: Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Taxes will be collected without penalty from September 1 to October 1, 2015, with a 2% penalty from October 2 to November 2, and with a 3% penalty from November 3 to November 9, 2015. After November 9, all unpaid taxes will be returned to the County Treasurer. School taxes are then re-levied with an additional penalty and payable with the Town and County Tax that you will receive in January of 2016.
