TOWN OF LAURENS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Michael and Jessica Hausmann Hausmann's Diesel Performance, LLC # 225.00-1-36.00 136 Strong Cross Road for a Special Use Permit with Site Plan Review The Laurens Town Planning Board, persuant to Local Law #2 of 1990- Site Plan and Review Law, Article D, Section 5; and Land Use Ordinance of 2003, Section 503 of the Town of Laurens, will hold a Public Hearing on the application of Michael and Jessica Hausmann, Hausmann's Diesel Performance, LLC, located at 136 Strong Cross Road, to obtain a Special Use Permit with Site Plan Review for an Auto Repair Shop in an existing garage structure in the Town of Laurens.
