CLUB MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Directors of Club Municipal Management District No. 1 on the 1st day of September, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at 20 Noble Court, Suite 100, Heath, Texas. The public hearing will be held to consider proposed assessments to be levied against the assessable property in Club Municipal Management District No. 1 (the “District”), pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3902, Texas Special District Local Laws Code and Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended. General Nature of the Authorized Improvements: The purposes of the District include the design, acquisition, construction, and improvement of certain improvement projects authorized by the District Legislation and Chapters 372 and 375, Texas Local Government Code, that are necessary for the development of the property within the District, which public improvements will include: landscaping, entryway features, water, wastewater, sidewalks, streets, roadways, off-street parking, drainage system improvements, trails, parks and open space; special supplemental services for the improvement and promotion of the District, and any other improvements authorized by the District Legislation; and payment of expenses incurred in the establishment, administration, and operation of the District (the “Authorized Improvements.”) The estimated cost to design, acquire and construct the Authorized Improvements for the District is $55,000,000. The boundaries of the District are described generally in Exhibit A below. All written or oral objections will be considered at the public hearing. A copy of the proposed Assessment Roll, which includes the assessments to be levied for Public Improvements against each parcel in the District, is available for public inspection at the offices of the attorney for the District, Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, 201 Main Street, Suite 2500, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 or available by contacting the attorney for the District, Ross Martin, at (817) 878-3517.
