PB-2014-47 NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY NOTICE is hereby given that Eric Jay Nicholas, Personal Representative of the Estate of Boyd Wayne Nicholas, Deceased, has presented for confirmation and filed in this Court his Return of Sale of all the right, title and interest of said Decedent in and to the following described real property, to-wit: A tract or parcel of land described as follows: Beginning at a point 135 feet East of the Southeast Corner of Block 14, First Addition to East Cushing, Payne County, Oklahoma, thence East 75 feet; thence North 140 feet; thence West 75 feet; thence South 140 feet to the Point of Beginning, in Block 1, Thompson's Addition to the City of Cushing, Oklahoma, Said real property was sold at private sale to Madison L.
