Public Notice PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, AUGUST 23 & 30, 2015. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., Plaintiff, v. STEVEN WILLHOITE; MARIA WILLHOITE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; SPOUSE, IF ANY OF, STEVEN WILLHOITE; AND SPOUSE, IF ANY OF MARIA WILLHOITE, Defendant(s). Case No. CJ-2012-217 ALIAS NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN to Steven Willhoite, Maria Willhoite, John Doe, Jane Doe, Spouse, if any of, Steven Willhoite, Spouse, if any of Maria Willhoite that on October 8, 2015, at 10:00, a.m., in the Lobby located at the Sheriff's Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit: LOT 3 IN BLOCK 2 OF THE WESTGATE MANOR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF; ROGERS COUNTY PROPERTY ADDRESS: 509 North Chambers Trail, Claremore, OK subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $92,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-217, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff and Steven Willhoite and Maria Willhoite is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $68,256.23 together with interest at 6.625% per annum from December 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney's fee, advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
