No. PB-2007-101 ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE OF REAL and PERSONAL PROPERTY. NOTICE ON THIS 21 day of August, 2015, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of E. RAY LUSK, Personal Representative of the estate of said decedent, on file herein that it is in the best interest of the estate to sell the real property belonging to said estate; IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED BY THE COURT that all persons interested in the estate of the said EULA LUSK, DECEASED, appear before this Court, Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, on the 14 day of September, 2015, at 9:30 o'clock a.m. of said day, then and there to show cause, if any there be, why an order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the said Personal Representative to sell the real property of said estate at private sale, to abandon the deteriorating personal property, and to engage a real estate broker to secure a purchaser; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY THE COURT that notice thereof be given by publication of a copy of this Order and my mailing a copy of this Order to all of the heirs at law of said decedent as required by law. s/ Sheila A.
