Lewis, Deceased (hereinafter Decedent), has returned and presented for confirmation and filed in said Court his Second Amended Return of Sale of Real Estate (hereinafter Return) of the following described real estate of said estate and all improvements thereon, to-wit: A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Section Sixteen (16), Township Eight (8) North, Range Two (2) West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 2122.70 feet West and 248.21 feet South 26º48 East of the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE/4), said point being on the West Right-of-Way line of US Highway No. 77; Thence South 70º00 West for a distance of 421.94 feet to the East Right-of-Way line of A.T.&S.F. Railroad; Thence in a Southeasterly direction along East Right-of-Way line for a distance of 132.66 feet; Thence North 63º12 East for a distance of 427.20 feet to the said West Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway No. 77; Thence North 26º48 West along said Highway Right-of-Way line for a distance of 82.74 feet to the point of beginning, for the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($235,000.00), to 3 Stars Properties, LLC (hereinafter Purchaser), and that the 14 day of September, 2015, at 8:30 oclock A.M., in the Courtroom of said Court of Judge Stephen Bonner in the Cleveland County Courthouse in Norman, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by said Court for hearing said Return, at which time any person interested in said Estate may appear and file exceptions in writing to said Return and contest the same, and is hereby referred to said Return for further particulars.
