Bids shall be made in accordance with this Notice to Bidders and the bidding documents which are on file and available for examination at the office of the Norman Public Schools Director of Central Services, 425 12th Avenue NE, Norman, Oklahoma. Shartel, Oklahoma City, OK 73116 (405-848-7274, fax 405-848-0086) for the cost of reproduction.Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Instructional Services Center Building, 4100 N. Flood, Norman, Oklahoma, and bidders will tour the facilities with representatives of the Architect and the Program Manager. Additional information is contained in the Bidding Documents. Bidders must carefully read the Bidding Documents, and all addenda, if any, prior to bidding this project. A cashier’s check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.
