CITY OF CLEBURNE NOTICE OF PENALTY ORDINANCES AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEBURNE, WHICH WAS HELD ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2015, AT 5:00 PM, THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING PENALTY ORDINANCES: OR08-2015-54 An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cleburne, Texas amending Title XV, Chapter 155 - Zoning, of the code of ordinances by rezoning 0.17 acres being lot 11, block 166, original Cleburne, located at 409 Elmo Street, according to a deed recorded in instrument no. 2015-7723 from M1 (light industrial district) to SF-4 (single-family dwelling district) as requested by John Volkman; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; providing for penalty not to exceed $2,000.00 for each offense; providing for publication; providing an effective date. OR08-2015-57 An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cleburne, Texas amending Title XV, Chapter 155 - Zoning, of the code of ordinances by rezoning 0.1673 acres, being the south half (1/2) of lots 6 & 7, block 238, original Cleburne, located at 912 North Brazos Street, according to a deed recorded in volume 1524, page 671 from C1 (local business district) to SF-4 (single-family dwelling district) as requested by Deyedrua Quigley; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; providing for penalty not to exceed $2,000.00 for each offense; providing for publication; providing an effective date. ---Any person, firm or corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of these ordinances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $2,000.00 for each offence. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offence.
