PUBLIC HEARING THE CITY OF FATE Planning and Zoning Commission and Fate City Council Original Town of Fate Residential Replat In accordance with Texas Local Government Code §211.006, a public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, 17 September 2015 at 6:00 p.m. and by the City Council on Monday, 21 September 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fate Community Center at 104 S. W.E. Crawford, Fate, Texas for the purpose of receiving comments on the application of Francisco Canales to replat the subdivision known as Original Town of Fate, Block L, Lot 2, generally located at the southwest corner of the South Brown Ave. and East Dogwood Trl. intersection, commonly known as 104 Dogwood Trl, Rockwall CAD Property ID 16497, which will divide the existing single-family residential lot into two single-family residential lots in accordance with the Citys Ordinance No. O-1403, adopted by the City of Fate on May 4, 2015.
