NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th day of August, 2015, a Complaint to Quiet Title was filed by Plaintiff, Premier Bank of the South, by and through its counsel of record, Dan J. Willingham, wherein all parties at interest were given notice and wherein it was alleged that said Complaint was filed against the property described above, and it was alleged that Plaintiff was the owner in fee simple of the hereinabove described real property. The parties at interest are further notified that Plaintiff avers in said Complaint that it claims title to the real property by reason of the following chain of title, to wit: (a) Plaintiff holds title to the above-described land under and by virtue of a Mortgage Foreclosure Deed recorded in the office of the Judge of Probate of Blount County, Alabama in Book 2015, Page 18187. (b) Plaintiff has been in actual, peaceable, notorious, adverse possession the herein described property since July 31, 2015. YOU ARE HEREBY DIRECTED to answer this Complaint on or before thirty (30) days from the 25th day August. 2015, or on failure to do so, suffer a default judgment to be rendered against you.
