Case No. PB-2015-227 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The unknown successors, claimants and heirs of Melvina Beatrice Elix now Baker, deceased. You have been sued by Petition alleging that the said Melvina Beatrice Elix now Baker died intestate on the 29th day of July, 2011, a resident of Cleveland County, seized of an estate which is restricted under the law of the United States as more fully described in the Petition on file. The petition further alleges that there has been no administration of the estate of the said decedent; that decedents heirs have not been determined; that this Court has jurisdiction of said matter; that petitioner seeks determination of the death and heirship of said Melvina Beatrice Elix now Baker, deceased. This matter is set for hearing in the District Court, Cleveland County, in Norman, Oklahoma on the 19th day of October, 2015, at 8:30 a.m., and all unknown successors and heirs of said decedent are directed to answer at said time and submit to this Court any evidence that is competent to establish heirship of said decedent, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered accordingly.
