LESCAULT and THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, DEVISEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS GREETINGS: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been sued by the Plaintiff in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, and unless you answer the Petition filed in the office of the Court Clerk of Payne County, State of Oklahoma, in Payne, Oklahoma, on or before the 12th day of October, 2015, said Petition will be taken as true, and judgment will be rendered accordingly quieting title to the following described real property in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: Lots One (1) through Twelve (12), both inclusive, in Block One (1), and Lots One (1) through Six (6), both inclusive, and Lots Nine (9) through Eleven (11), both inclusive, in Block Two (2); and, Lots One (1) through Five (5), both inclusive, and Lot Seven (7), in Block Three (3); and Lots One (1) through Seven (7), both inclusive, in Block Five (5); ALL in EVERGREEN ESTATES ADDITION to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. AND Lot Twelve (12), in Block Two (2), EVERGREEN ESTATES ADDITION to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, State of Oklahoma, being a part of the North 50 acres of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Three (3) East of the Indian Meridian, according to the recorded plat thereof. AND Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), in Block Three (3), EVERGREEN ESTATES ADDITION to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. AND A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Nineteen (19) North, Range Three (3) East of the Indian Meridian, in Payne County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point 1350 feet East and 33 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 3 (NW/4 SW/4), thence East 379 feet, thence South 120 feet; thence West 379 feet to the East line of Hightower Street, thence North 120 feet to the Point of Beginning. (“Property”). in the Plaintiff, and barring and enjoining you and each of you from hereafter asserting or claiming any right, title, interest or estate in and to said property; and for such other and further relief and orders as may appear to the Court to be proper, just and equitable.
