NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said horizontal well will be located at: surface location: no closer than 50 feet from the south line and no closer than 1,560 feet from the east line of Section 1-3S-4W, Stephens County, Oklahoma 1st perforation: no closer than 820 feet from the south line and no closer than 1,838 feet from the east line of Section 1-3S-4W, Stephens County, Oklahoma last perforation: no closer than 2,543 feet from the south line and no closer than 1,887 feet from the east line of Section 1-3S-4W, Stephens County, Oklahoma The entire length of the lateral will be cemented such that the perforations will be isolated from the beginning and end point of the lateral in order to protect the correlative rights of the offset units. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the offset units toward which this horizontal well will be moving are Sections 12-3S-4W, 36-2S-4W and 31-2S-3W, Stephens County, Oklahoma.
