Specifications may be obtained in the  Mayes County Clerk’s Office, Court House, Pryor, OK. Bids must be received  before 5:00 p.m., 9-11-15  in the County Clerk’s Office,  1 Court Place, Suite 120, Pryor, OK 74361. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Bid #990 for Vehicles, to be OPENED  9-14-15  at 9:30 A.M.” and addressed to the County Clerk.   Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids
