Hamburg: BE IT KNOWN, that U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, the above-named Plaintiff, by its attorney, Leslie A. Wagers, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Vigo Superior Court #3 its Complaint against Defendant Nichole Hamburg, as Personal Representative to the Estate of Cheryl L. Hamburg, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, Nichole Hamburg, as Personal Representative to the Estate of Cheryl L. Prairie Creek Township, Vigo County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a stone at the South East corner of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the Second P.M.; thence North (assumed bearing) on the East line of said Section 25 a distance of 320.00 feet to an iron pin; thence West 205.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 123.65 feet to an iron pin set in an existing fence; thence North 84 degrees 10 minutes 29.5 seconds West a distance of 533.00 feet along an existing fence to a corner post; thence South 0 degrees 29 minutes 22 seconds East a distance of 251.70 feet (210.26 feet along an existing fence to a corner post) to a point on the South line of said Section 25 and the centerline of State Road 246; thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 11 seconds East a distance of 733.10 feet along the South line of said Section 25 and the center line of State Road 246 to the point of beginning, containing 4.23 acres.
