NOTICE ESTABLISHING OFFICES OF THE DISTRICT TO THE RESIDENTS OF PALO PINTO COUNTY WATER CONTROL AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with V.T.C.A., Water Code, Chapter 49, as amended, the Board of Directors of Palo Pinto County Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 (the District) has, on August 26, 2015, established the following offices outside the boundaries of the District, which may be used for the storage of District records, for the mailing address of the District, for meeting purposes, for the receipt and opening of public bids for the construction of facilities and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District: Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, 201 Main Street, Suite 2500, Forth Worth, Texas; and Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, 7557 Rambler Road, Suite 1400, Dallas, Texas 75231. In addition, the District has also established additional offices outside the boundaries of the District at the following locations for the purpose of conducting meetings, for opening of public bids for the construction of facilities and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District: The Grille at Hill Country Harbor, 3415 Scenic Point Road, Graford, Texas 76449; Selinas, 1776 FM 2951, Graford, Texas 76449; Rockin S Bar & Grill, 1784 FM 2951, Graford, Texas 76449; and The Cliffs, 160 Cliffs Drive, Graford, Texas 76449. All of said offices are declared to be public places and open to the public for the purpose of conducting meetings of the Board of Directors of the District.
