NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vigo Superior Court 6 of Vigo County, Indiana, in Cause No. 84D06-1502-MF-01082 wherein LPP Mortgage LTD was Plaintiff, and Timothy R. Shell, Amy L. Shell, State of Indiana, Advanced Recovery Services, Professional Accounts Service Inc. and City of Terre Haute were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 15th day of October, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 201 Cherry Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana.
