Broadway Ave., Shelbyville, IL 64565 will receive sealed bids for material, equipment and labor required for Roof Replacement & Masonry Restoration to Shelbyville Public Library, Shelbyville, IL according to drawings and specifications as prepared by the Hance Design Group, Mattoon, Illinois until September 24, 2015 - 2:00 PM at the Library Community Rm., at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. BID SECURITY A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the date of opening of bids, and that the successful bidder will enter into a Contract for the work awarded him. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted.
