TOWN OF MARYLAND NOTICE TO BIDDERS SAND BID The Town of Maryland is accepting bids for screened sand (no blow sand). Quantity to be determined by Highway Superintendent. Price to be per yard delivered to: Town of Maryland Highway Barn at 7769 State Highway 7, Maryland, NY 12116 by November 2nd. The Town of Maryland will receive sealed bids on the above material until September 21st, 2015. bids may be mailed to 7769 State Highway 7, Maryland, NY 12116 or hand delivered to the Town Clerk's Office, 40 Main Street, Schenevus, New York Firehouse during Clerk office hours. All bids must be submitted in writing in a sealed envelope marked "Sand Bid." All bidders must comply with the provisions of the General Municipal Law and all other applicable laws. Bids will be opened at 6:30 p.m. On Monday, September 21st, 2015 during the regular Town Board Meeting and read aloud. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Kaye A.
