Case No. PB-2015-59 NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Anna Mae Teshaw, deceased, that on the 7th day of April, 2015, Kizanna Johnson produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purported to be the Last Will and Testament of Anna Mae Teshaw, deceased, and on the 9th day of September, 2015, also filed in said Court an Amended Petition praying that all previous orders and the Letters of Administration previously issued in the above-styled matter be vacated, and further praying for the probate of said Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue to the Petitioner, Kizanna Johnson, and also for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent. Pursuant to an order of said Court, made on the 9th day of September, 2015, notice is hereby given that the 23rd day of September, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Amended Petition and proving said Will and determining the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of said decedent in the undersigned Judge's Courtroom at the County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
