Case No. PB-2015-83 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILLS Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estates of John Harvey Burrows and Loretta H. Burrows, both deceased, that on the 10th day of September, 2015, John David Burrows produced and filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, instruments in writing purporting to be the Last Wills and Testaments of John Harvey Burrows and Loretta H. Burrows, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Wills, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to John David Burrows, and requesting that the Court determine the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of John Harvey Burrows and Loretta H. Burrows. Pursuant to an Order of said Court made on the 10th day of September, 2015, notice is hereby given that the 13th day of October, 2015, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a.m. of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition at the District Court room in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
