(Published in the Sunday edition of The Duncan Banner, June 21, 2015-1 time) Sealed bids will be accepted for consideration until 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, 2015, and opened at that time at the Chickasaw Nation Community Center located at 700 N. Mississippi St, Ada, Oklahoma, for the agricultural and/or hunting leasing of the 31 individual trust and restricted Indian lands, located in the following counties: Carter, Garvin, Grady, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, McClain, Stephens, Murray and Marshall Counties. The sale of leases will be conducted under regulations promulgated by the Secretary of the Interior; 25 CFR 162. Tracts are being offered to the highest responsible bidder.
