CITY OF CLEBURNE NOTICE OF PENALTY ORDINANCES AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF CLEBURNE, WHICH WAS HELD ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2015, AT 5:00 PM, THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE FOLLOWING PENALTY ORDINANCE: OR09-2015-59 An ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cleburne, Texas amending Title Xv: Land Usage, Chapter 155 - Zoning, of the code of ordinances by rezoning a portion of a 3.54 acre tract, located at the northeast corner of Granbury Street and Phillips Street, described in plat recorded in volume 10, page 672, plat records, Johnson County, Texas from SF-4 (single-family dwelling district) to T (townhouse district); as requested by RBMW, LLC; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing a savings clause; providing for penalty not to exceed $2,000.00 for each offense; providing for publication; providing an effective date. ---Any person, firm or corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of these ordinances shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $2,000.00 for each offence. Each day a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offence.
