No. PB-2015-21 ORDER/NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR SALE It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from the verified Petition of Terrie L. Bruesch, Administrator with will Annexed of the Estate of Opal Lirline Thurman, Deceased, on file herein, that it is to the best interests of the estate to sell the real property, belonging to said estate, and described in said Petition, for the following reasons and purposes: The property should be sold so the proceeds can be used for Administrative costs of the estate. Therefore, it is Ordered by the Court that all persons interested in the Estate of the said Opal Lirline Thurman, Deceased, appear before the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in the courtroom thereof, in the City of Norman, on September 28, 2015, at 8:30 a.m., then and there to show cause, if any they have, why an Order, as prayed for in said Petition should not be granted to the Administrator with Will annexed to sell said real property of said deceased at either public or private sale, for the reasons and purposes mentioned in said Petition, as she shall judge to be for the best interest of said estate and of all parties interested therein. It is the further Order of the Court that copies of this Order be mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees, with postage thereon prepaid, at their last known addresses; and that a copy of this order to show cause be published once in some newspaper published in this county, the first publication of which notice shall not be less than ten days before the time fixed for said hearing.
