(Published in The Norman Transcript September 16, 23, 2015, 2t) Sealed bids will be received by Noble Public Schools at the office of the Superintendent, located at 111 S. 4th Street, Noble, OK, 73068 until 2pm local time on October 7, 2015, for a general contractor for the construction of the High School Baseball Field Concession/Restroom Facility (construction cost estimate: $165,000) based upon Contract Documents prepared by Noble Public Schools. Bids will be opened and read shortly afterwards at the same location. Submit all questions to Tony Smith, NPS Assistant Superintendent, by fax (405.872.3271) or email: (tsmith@nobleps.com). A copy of this legal notice is posted on Districts web site, www.nobleps.com. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1pm on Thursday, September 24, 2015, in the Board Room, 111 S. 4th St, Noble. Copies of the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the Project may be examined and obtained without charge during normal business hours 8:00am to 4:00pm in the main office of Noble Public Schools Administration Building, located at 111 S. 4th Street, Noble, OK, 73068. Each bid must include a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashiers check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 5% of the bid (including all add alternates). No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
