TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, in the District Court of Woodward County, State of Oklahoma, the original Petition was filed November 20, 2014, an Order Substituting Party Plaintiff was filed July 13, 2015, an Order Allowing Amendment to Petition was filed July 13, 2015 and the First Amended Petition was filed July 13, 2015. That you must answer the Petition on or before October 26, 2015, and the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Woodward County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1), WESTERN PARK THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WOODWARD, WOODWARD COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3516 Pawnee Drive, Woodward, OK 73801 for the sum of $70,136.27, with interest from April 12, 2012, at 4.75 percent per annum or at the current adjustable rate, together with a reasonable attorney's fee, $490.00 for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest n and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
