Invitation for Bids The Otsego Land Trust (OLT) hereby invites bid submissions for the Brookwood Point Public Access Enhancement project to provide an (American Disabilities Act) ADA trail, non-motorized boat launching area, and compost toilet for public use at Brookwood Point, 6000 State Highway 80 on Otsego Lake, in the Town of Otsego. Box 173, Cooperstown, NY 13326. Contract awarded by October 7, 2015. Voluntary pre-bid site visit: September 23, 2015 at Noon at Brookwood Point.
