Residential HVAC Contractors (Licensed in City of Oneonta) Residential Electrical Contractors (Licensed in City of Oneonta) Residential Plumbing Contractors (Licensed in City of Oneonta) Residential Masonry Contractors Residential Renovation, Repair and Painting Contractors Residential Insulation Contractors Residential Doors, Windows and Siding Contractors Residential Home Performance with Energy Star Contractors Residential General Construction/Carpentry Contractor Contractors interested in being put on the qualified bidders list for the rehabilitation projects through the First Time Home Buyers Program are required to fill out an application and provide their qualifications. All minority and Women Owned Business are encouraged to apply. Contract period will run from September 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 and will cover the City of Oneonta. Opportunities for Otsego and/or the City of Oneonta reserve the right to reject any and all applications.
