REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide the services of a licensed professional engineer for on-farm engineering consulting, oversight of the WAP design staff and approval (seal/stamp) of structural agricultural Best Management Practices (BMP) drawings and specifications within the NYC watershed. The complete request for proposals is available immediately and can be requested from Leslie Deysenroth at 607-865-7790 ext. 115 or via e-mail at ldeysenroth@nycwatershed.org. Bids must be received by October 9, 2015 4:00pm. Late submissions will not be considered. WAC reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFB.
