NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission issue an order amending and extending the purview of Order No. 306701 in order to establish 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the Upper Wewoka, Middle Wewoka, Lower Wewoka, Calvin, Senora, Thurman, Earlsboro, Basal Pennsylvanian Unconformity, Misener, Hunton, Sylvan, Viola, Simpson Dolomite, First Wilcox, Second Wilcox, Oil Creek and Arbuckle common sources of supply underlying the N/2 SE/4 of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Each of said 40-acre drilling and spacing units to be comprised of a governmental quarter quarter section (the NW/4 SE/4 and NE/4 SE/4 of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 4 East, Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma) and each permitted well shall be located no closer than 330 feet from the outer boundaries of each such quarter quarter section. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant may request that the order to be entered in this cause be made effective on a date prior to the date of the order and for such other and further relief as the Commission deems proper. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Office Building, 2101 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m. on the 13th day of July, 2015, and this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant or Applicant’s Attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number.
