MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Rayoul Steven Pierce, married and Jenny Darlene Pierce, married, originally in favor of Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, on the 3rd day of October, 1997, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Book 1045, Page 180; the undersigned JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.., successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC, successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Cullman, Cullman County, Alabama, on October 29, 2015, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Cullman County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 4, Block 1 of Week's Second Addition to Good Hope as shown on the recorded plat thereof in Map Book 5, Page 115, in the Probate Records of Cullman County, Alabama.
