NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated March 25, 2009, executed by Stacy D. Martin, single woman, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Consumer First Mortgage, Inc., which mortgage was recorded on March 30, 2009, in Real Property Book 2009, Page 19289, of the mortgage records in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, which mortgage was, duly transferred and assigned to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, notice is hereby given that pursuant to law and the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the West Door entrance to the Limestone County Courthouse at Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on November 10, 2015, the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 5, according to the plat of the McCulley Mill Subdivision, Phase 2, as recorded in Book H, Page 166, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama.
