NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held before the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, upon the following proposition: An Application for Conditional Use pursuant to Article 21 of Ordinance No. 66-12, the Zoning Article of the Revised Code of Ordinances of the City of Mt.
