Case No. PB-2015-256 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL Notice is hereby given to all heirs, legatees and devisees of Joan Roberta Marshall, Deceased, that on the 21st day of September, 2015, Sharon Rochelle Marshall, Petitioner, produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will of the Decedent and also filed a Petition praying that the Will be established and admitted to probate, that Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioner, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law.
