NO PB-2015-163 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILLS; FOR DETERMINATION OF DEATHS; FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER WILLS, AND FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION Notice of hearing is hereby given to all the heirs, devisees and legatees of Ruby Aldridge, Earl Edward Aldridge, Burrell Harry McLendon, Jr., Louise McLendon, Joe Beth Faram, Dick D. Faram, and Charles W. Aldridge, that on the 24th day of September, 2015, Robby Earl McLendon produced and filed in Court instruments purporting to be the Last Wills of Ruby Aldridge, Burrell Harry McLendon., Jr., and Louise McLendon, and court certified copies of the Last Wills of Joe Beth Faram, Dick D. Faram and Charles W. Faram, which had been admitted into probate in other states, together with a Petition asking that said Wills be admitted to probate in this Court, that the Court determine the deaths of Edward Earl Aldridge and Burrell Harry McLendon, Jr., and determine the heirs-at-law of Ruby Aldridge, Earl Edward Aldridge, Joe Beth Faram, Dick D. Faram, Charles W. Aldridge and Louise McLendon; and the beneficiaries under Wills of Ruby Aldridge, Louise McLendon, Joe Beth Faram, Dick D. Faram and Charles W. Aldridge, and for appointment of Personal Representatives for the estates of all the above captioned decedents, except for Burrell Harry McLendon, Jr., whose estate passed outside of probate. Pursuant to the Order of this Court, made on the 24th day of September, 2015. Notice is hereby given that the 20 day of October, 2015, at 10:00 oclock a.m., of said day has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Wills, at the District Courtroom in the County Courthouse in the City of Duncan, County of Stephens, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons may appear and contest the same.
