Public Notice of Construction Activities Daviess County Rural Water System, Inc. (1082 N C.R. 350 E, Washington, IN, 47501) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Waterline Improvements located along portions of US Hwy 50, Old US Hwy 50, C.R. 900 E, C.R. N 300 E, C.R. 1200 E, C.R. 75 N, C.R. 1100 E, C.R. 200 N, C.R. 1050 E, C.R. 475 N in Daviess County, Indiana. The runoff from the project site will discharge into Veale Creek Slough, South Fork Prairie Creek, Flat Creek, Little Boggs Creek, West Boggs Lake, Mud Creek, Aikman Creek, East Fork White River, Beech/Bear Creeks, and Veale Creek- Lower.
