Notice of Intent Falcon's Nest Development, LLC (1020 Woodland Plaza Run, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Falcon's Nest at Barrington Section 2 &3 located on the west side of C.R. 25 between C.R. 46 and C.R. 29, Jackson Township, Elkhart County.
