NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BROWNSBURG ADVISORY PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, pursuant to I.C. 5-3-1-2, that the Town of Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission (the Plan Commission) will conduct a public hearing regarding an application for Case No. PCPA-02-18-1602, a Primary Plat to be known as West Wynne Farms Primary Plat Amendment containing 1 lots, situated on 4.13 acres of real estate. The application was filed by Star Properties&Investments, LLC (the Applicant) to subdivide the real estate for the purpose(s) of: amend primary plat to eliminate a portion of the no-access easement along the western boundary of the subject parcel to permit a right-in, right-out ingress and egress access point. The real estate subject to this application is generally described as follows: Lot Numbered Four (4) in Minor Plat No. 4, Lincoln Township, Hendricks County, Indiana, Plat of which was recorded March 1978, in Plat Book 9, Page 111, in the Office of the Recorder of Hendricks County, Indiana And more commonly known as: 2563 N.
