The total value of the decedent, Osie Oma Braden's property in Oklahoma is $2,777.00. The total value of the decedent, Flossie Juanita Fortado's property in Oklahoma is $5,500.00. Attached to the Petition as "Exhibit A" is a duly certified copy of the Last Will and Testament and Order Admitting Will to Probate of Osie Oma Braden, Case No. 17,477, filed in the County Court of Wichita County, Texas. Also Attached to the Petition as "Exhibit B" is the original Last Will and Testament of Flossie Juanita Fortado, which Will has not been admitted to probate in any other jurisdiction. The Petitioner has asked that this Court admit the Last Will and Testament of Osie Oma Braden and the the Last Will and Testament of Flossie Juanita Fortado to probate in the State of Oklahoma and order summary proceedings pursuant to OK ST T. 58 §245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, this Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order Notice to Creditors and issue an Order for a hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator and Admission of Foreign Wills to Probate, the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirs, Legatees and Devisees and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Osie Oma Braden or Flossie Juanita Fortado, both deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, in care of LEACH & SULLIVAN, 921 Main, Duncan, Oklahoma, 73533, on or before the 26th day of October, 2015, or the same will be forever barred.
