ORDINANCE NO. 2018-03 Town OF Galveston Establishing fee for copying, facsimile and certification of documents WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Galveston are the duly elected governing body of the Town of Galveston adopt that the following fees be established pursuant to the Indiana Code 5-14-3-8 (d) from this day forward: The cost of copying and providing documents requested by an individual, corporation, or entity shall be $.10 per page. The cost of providing a facsimile of documents requested by an individual, corporation or entity shall be $1.00 per page. The cost of copying and providing non-standard sized documents requested by an individual, corporation, or entity shall be $.25 per page. The cost of color copying and providing color documents requested by an individual, corporation, or entity shall be $.25 per page. The cost for certification of documents will be $5.00 per documents. The requester will complete the requested form provided. The officer providing the service shall notify the requestor immediately of the fee and the approximate timeframe necessary to prepare the document. This ordinance shall be in full force and effective immediately upon its passage and signing by the members of the Town of Galveston Council.
