(CST), Friday, October 23, 2015, at the office of the Director of Purchasing, 1050 Williams Street, Rockwall TX 75087. Proposal packages are available on the Districts website: http://www.rockwallisd.com/about/accountability/financial- accountability/purchasing-information/ or may be requested by email to jana.hunter@rockwallisd.org. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Purchasing and be marked with the proposal name and number. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals and to waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in any bids or the bid process.
