CITY OF MCLENDON-CHISHOLM – PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice of Public Hearings before the McLendon-Chisholm City Council: Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing starting at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at McLendon-Chisholm City Hall. The Council will consider an amendment to Chapter 14, Zoning of the McLendon-Chisholm Code of Ordinance, Section 6-9, Construction Materials, Subsection B, Exterior construction of main buildings in non-residential districts, adding: “Exception: Municipal government buildings housing municipal government operations may be constructed of metal or any other approved material, and consideration of an ordinance adopting the amendment.” Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the public hearings.
