Public Notice Published In THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, JUNE 17, 2018. IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR ROGERS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA OKLAHOMA CAPITAL BANK, Plaintiff, vs. BRYAN CHRISTOPHER O'ROURKE sometimes a/k/a Bryan O'Rourke; MICHELLE GAILYN O'ROURKE sometimes a/k/a Michelle O'Rourke and also sometimes a/k/a Michelle McCoy; and ALL UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS OF THE PREMISES DESCRIBED HEREIN, Defendants. Case No. CJ-2017-417 Judge Condren NOTICE OF HEARING MOTION TO CONFIRM SALE Upon the motion of Plaintiff for the Court to confirm the sale of certain real property located in Rogers County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: The North Half (N/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Twenty-three (23) North, Range Fifteen (15) East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government survey thereof (sometimes commonly described and known as 9401 South 4080 Road, Talala, Oklahoma 74080) together with all buildings and other improvements located or constructed thereon, all fixtures, and all rights, easements and appurtenances to said real estate, collectively the “Property.” NOTICE is hereby given that Plaintiff's Motion to Confirm Sale is hereby set for hearing before the Court on the 18th day of July, 2018, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a.m. in Room I, located on the 4th Floor of the Rogers County Courthouse, in Claremore, Oklahoma.
