REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS During the 2018-2019 budget year, the Lone Oak Independent School District anticipates quantity purchases of the following categories of items: instructional, office and computer supplies, computer networking, wiring and cabling, computer equipment, food and food service supplies and equipment, office and classroom furniture, janitorial supplies and equipment, athletic supplies and equipment, copy machine supplies, copy paper, catalog and store discounts and vehicle fuel. While the District uses the State adopted cooperative purchasing process for some of our purchases, we would like to invite any interested vendors to submit sealed proposals for any, or all, of the listed items. These proposals will be accepted until 12:00 noon on June 29, 2018. Bids should be firm for the 2018-2019 school year unless indicated. The LOISD reserves the right to accept, or reject, any or all proposals or any part thereof, to make awards in the best interest of the school district and to waive all formalities of competitive proposals/bidding.
