June 23, 2015 PUBLIC NOTICE In accordance with Danville Sanitary District Ordinance 220, Section 400.155 and USEPA General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR Part 403.8 (f) (vii), Danville Sanitary District must annually publish a list of Industrial Users who committed significant violations of any Pretreatment Requirement or Standard during the previous 12 months. The following Industrial Users of Danville Sanitary District were found to be in Significant Violation during the period 1/1/14-12/31/14-DMS-Martin-chromium; KIK-Phenothrin, zinc; REG-FOG; Viscofan-Carbon Disulfide.
