You are hereby notified a petition to terminate parental rights has been filed in this Court requesting the Court to terminate parental rights of the natural mother, Sabrina Pigeon Martinez to the above named deprived children and Gustave Aguirre natural father of G.A., A.A., and S.A., pursuant to Title 10, Section 1101(10) of the Cherokee Nation Code Annotated. You are notified you may intervene in this case and request an additional twenty (20) days from the date of this publication to prepare for the proceeding. Further extensions may be granted with court approval.
