Fortune, deceased, that on the 19 day of June, 2018, BILL SALLIS, produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Cleveland, State of Oklahoma, an instrument, in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of BETTYE J. FORTUNE, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said Will; and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Bill Sallis, petitioner herein, that the Court determine the heirs, devisees and legatees of BETTYE J. FORTUNE, deceased, and that a General Inventory and Appraisement be waived by the Court. Pursuant to an Order of said Court, Notice is hereby given that the 2nd day of July, 2018, at the hour of 8:30 o’clock, a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, at the District Courtroom of the Honorable Judge Stephen W.
