PROPERTY ADDRESS: 622 S.W. 3rd Street, Moore, OK 73160 subject to taxes and tax sale, said property being duly appraised at $77,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2018-171, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff and Matthew M.
