DECATUR COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION Notice of Hearing Notice is given that the Decatur County Area Plan Commission will hear APC Petition 2018-10 filed by Jordan Hitchell requesting to subdivide and rezone 2.99 acres of the 115.39 acres from an A-1 zoning classification to an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling. This request falls under Decatur County Ordinance Section Number 920 (7). This proposal will affect the following described real estate located in Clay Township, Decatur County, Indiana: A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four (04), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eight (08) East. Property contains 115.39 acres, more or less. Said real estate is currently owned by Gary&Joy Jackson and is located approximately 1/2 mile west of 35 CR 850 W, Greensburg, In. 47240. The hearing will be at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 5, 2018 in Room 106 at the Decatur County Courthouse. A copy of this proposal is on file at the office of the Decatur County Area Plan Commission at the Decatur County Courthouse, Greensburg, Indiana, for examination prior to the scheduled hearing. Written objection to this proposal will be considered if delivered to the office of the Decatur County Area Plan Commission office before 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Spoken comments concerning the proposal will be heard during the hearing. The hearing on this petition may be continued from time to time to a different date without further published notice.
